Apartment selection materials, listings, shortlists, price indications and location notes are informational only. They are not an offer to sell or lease, a guarantee of availability, a guaranteed housing outcome, or a guaranteed selection result. We do not guarantee specific apartment, price, location or term.

Advertising and landing-page claims are truthful, identifiable and substantiated under Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” № 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996.

3. Fees, terms and complaints

Service scope, fees and payment terms are disclosed before engagement. Consumers receive clear information about the service, price or fees, terms and the complaint/dispute procedure before engagement under Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” № 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991.
